with a complaint of fatigue, anorexia and weight loss, bleeding tendency.
and after examining him, you found out he has jaundice and ascites.

so you ask for CBC, liver enzyme test and ELISA for Hepatitis B and C and a liver biopsy.

Diagnosis : Chronic Hepatitis C, with liver cirrhosis.

Prognosis : BAD

Treatment : Liver transplant.

but.. after the liver transplant, his body rejects the organ.

So to compare with the patient, i mentioned that "xkn nak biar patient tu mati je walaupun xle nak wat pape, kita cuba lessen the pain"

translation : "xkn nk biar siti buat dosa je (wlaupun da tegor), kita cuba kurangkn dosa dia.."

you might get this kinda respond from the others,
"apsal nak kisah? biar je la dia buat dosa dia..kau dah tegur dia..dia nak buat gak, lantak p ar kt dia..you're just wasting your time." <-- a bit selfish there, don't you think so?

jawab ni..
"sebab dia kawan aku..and more importantly, dia saudara sesama Islam aku."

ni just opinion aku.betul ke salah, i oso donno. if ada yang nak tegur aku, sila.aku lagi suka =) ingat, kalu nak tegur tu, tegur leklok.
